Release & Renew is an at-home ritual for anyone ready to let go of an old story and begin a new one. Light your candle, name what you've been carrying, let it go with the smoke of palo santo, and write what's true in its place. No experience needed, only a quiet space and an honest moment.

What's included

6" orange taper candle
Ribbed glass taper candle holder
Palo santo stick
Downloadable ritual guide (PDF)

How it works

Create your space
See the story you've been carrying
Feel it and release it
Rewrite what's true
Plant the seed and carry it with you

Your guide walks you through each step, with simple words to say and journal prompts if you'd like them.

A gentle note on safety

Always burn your candle and palo santo in a fire-safe dish or holder, on a heat-safe surface, away from anything flammable. Never leave them unattended, and extinguish them fully when you're done. Keep away from children and pets.
